Dallas Habitat for Humanity

Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, an ecumenical housing ministry in partnership with families, volunteers and others, builds communities of hope, dignity, and self-worth through the construction of quality, affordable housing and the nurture of decent, safe neighborhoods. Their goal is to eradicate substandard low-income housing in Dallas County.

The Sun Club has a long history of working with Habitat for Humanity. In 2005, we made our first donation to a Habitat chapter, a 1.2 kW solar array on the home of Dallas Habitat family. The array is helping them  lower their electricity bills each month for the next 20+ years and better meet life's challenges.
