Winston School

The Sun Club's FIRST solar donation, way back in 2002, was at the Winston School in Dallas! This exceptional institution of learning is a coeducational college preparatory school enrolling bright students who learn differently in grades one through twelve. Winston serves children who exhibit learning differences in academic skills (reading, writing, math, and language) as well as attention and concentration.

The array not only serves as source of pollution-free electricity for the school, but also a learning tool in the classroom. Winston is also host to the annual Solar Car Challenge! Things sure are bright over at the Winston School.
