Alvin High School                                                               

Alvin High School is home of the Yellow Jackets and features almost 50 clubs and student organizations. It was one of 31 schools participating in the Texas Solar for Schools program. The 1 kW array donated by the Sun Club helps the school save a little each month on their electricity bill, but more importantly, is a unique, hands-on learning tool for the students.
