1 Offer available to returning Green Mountain Energy customers with a qualifying Texas service address. Any disputes concerning eligibility will be determined solely by Green Mountain Energy. Bill credit will be applied within 1 to 2 billing cycles, provided you remain enrolled on this Pollution Free Select plan and your account is not pending cancellation. Credit not redeemable for cash. To receive cancellation fee credit on your Green Mountain Energy bill, send a copy of your final bill showing the customer name, service address, cancellation fee charged, and bill cycle dates within 30 days of your enrollment date to CancellationFee@greenmountain.com or by fax to 832-584-2542. Also include your Green Mountain Energy account number and a phone number where you can be reached. Credit will be applied to your Green Mountain Energy electricity bill in the form of a bill credit within 1 to 2 billing cycles of confirmed documentation. The Green Mountain Energy bill credit will match, but not exceed, $150 for any cancellation fee on the previous electricity provider's final bill. Month-to-month plans are not eligible. Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by Green Mountain Energy. Green Mountain Energy may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
2 The only circumstance in which your actual price can change is to reflect changes in Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) Delivery Charges, law or regulatory charges allowed by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Available only for former Green Mountain Energy residential customers residing in Texas and must enroll on a term plan with a minimum of 10 days of active electricity service on that plan.
