Unfortunately, as part of the transition, an error occurred today when our e-mail vendor mistakenly duplicated the weekly usage e-mail, leading to customers receiving the e-mail in another company’s template. This is why you may have received a copy of your Green Mountain View e-mail that appeared to come from another provider.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion this has caused, and we would like to assure you of the following:
- You remain a Green Mountain Energy customer.
- Your customer account information is secure and has not been compromised.
- We are investigating what has caused this to occur and will take the necessary steps to ensure this never happens again.
