Introducing the new My Account for Texas customers

In mid-April, we proudly introduced you to the new, which features a host of new features and functionality to benefit our customers.

Now, it’s our pleasure to present our Texas residential customers with a refreshed My Account, where you can easily manage your bill, view your usage history, learn about your positive environmental impact and other ways to make a bigger impact, and much more.

A couple of the biggest upgrades include:

  • Smart phone and tablet-friendly design: No matter which device or screen size you use to manage your account, rest assured that you will see the most optimized version of My Account. No need for pinching the screen or squinting your eyes to make the copy legible.
  • Updated layout: The new look matches the design of
  • Easier Navigation: The ribbon menu in the header and Quick Links in the footer make it much more intuitive to find your way around, and it’s easier than ever to go paperless with Tree Free billing and to sign up for AutoPay.
