There’s an art to promoting sustainable economic development, and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) gets it. Literally. The Green Mountain Energy Sun Club will donate $50,000 toward the design, development and installation of a solar energy-inspired public art display to be located on the roof of the New Rochelle Library.
