Pollution Free

 

Pollution Free electricity is produced using clean renewable resources — wind and water. By choosing Pollution Free electricity over typical system power, a Texas household with average monthly usage of 1,000 kWh can prevent more than 2,300 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2 ) emissions a year. That’s the equivalent of planting over 140 trees!

 

The Pollution Free electricity month-to-month plan is a variable price product, and there is no minimum term or cancellation fee. See the applicable Terms of Service and Electricity Facts Label for additional information regarding prices and other terms.

Pollution Free — Reliable Rate

 

With Pollution Free — Reliable Rate, you can lock in your rate for one year for a price that is competitive.

 

The rate will not change for 12 months except as a result of changes in laws, regulations or government-approved charges and fees. After the term expires, your rate will be variable. There is a 12 month minimum term and an early cancellation fee of $200.00. Pollution Free — Smart Summer 6

 

The Pollution Free Smart Summer 6 product allows you to lock in a special rate for 100% pollution-free electricity for a 6 month term. The rate will not change for 6 months except as a result of changes in laws, regulations or government-approved charges and fees. After the term expires, your rate will be variable. There is a 6 month minimum term and an early cancellation fee of $150.00. See the applicable Terms of Service and Electricity Facts Label for additional information regarding prices and other terms.

The Pollution Free Introductory Offer allows you to lock in a special rate for 100% pollution-free electricity for a 3 month term. The rate will not change for 3 months except as a result of changes in laws, regulations or government-approved charges and fees. There is no cancellation fee. After the term expires, your rate will be variable.
