How to Read Your Bill
- You still receive your bill from Penn Power
- Green Mountain's Electric Generation rate replaces Penn Power's generation rate, which is applied to your monthly usage
- Your Green Mountain charges will appear on the Non-Utility Generation Charge line in the Charges from Penn Power section of your bill
- Penn Power's transmission and distribution charges will remain on the bill

How to Pay Your Bill
- You'll continue to pay Penn Power just like you always have
Business (Commercial) customers only:
- Single-Billed Customers: If your business receives one consolidated bill, your remittance should be sent to your utility company.
- Dual-Billed Customers: If your business receives two bills (one from utility and a second invoice from Green Mountain):
