At our headquarters in Austin, Texas, we’re proud to work in the first commercial interior in the city to be awarded LEED® Platinum certification. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. This means our office received the highest designation offered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), whose LEED certification is the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings in the country.
While we continue our sustainability efforts at our office, including composting, recycling, utilizing low-flow faucets and Dyson Airblade hand dryers in the bathroom, we’re also still working on making it feel like home. A few months ago, for instance, we added an employee photo wall.
Recently, we commissioned a local artist named Joe Swec to design and paint a mural that reflects our company name, our dedication to protecting the environment and our mission to change the way power is made.
We’re thrilled with the results, and we couldn’t be more proud to have this beautiful daily visual reminder of why we work here. View more office photos below.
