As an avid bike commuter, I challenge everyone to think outside the conventional single-passenger car commute box. Yes, it does take some preparation, but for most people, it’s worth it. I enjoy biking because I get to know my neighborhood and find new routes, trails, and parks that I never knew existed.
The ride home is probably what I enjoy the most because it’s a total release from the stresses of the day, and it gives me something to look forward to. It seems like no matter how frenetic my workday was, I feel re-energized by the time I get home. Plus, you’re able to breeze by all those cars stopped in bumper-to-bumper traffic!
