Sales Data Entry Specialist

Green Mountain Energy Company® has an immediate need for a Sales Data Entry Specialist. The Green Mountain Energy Sales Operations Team is responsible for processing enrollments from a variety of sales channels. The Sales Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry of enrollment forms, follow-up phone calls with customers and regional sales representatives to ensure timely accurate enrollment processing.

Duties:
  • Maintain high quality and timely enrollment processing for Field Sales, Direct Mail, website, and utility partnering channels.


  • Report enrollment problems and resolution to team lead to ensure customers process through with no issues.


  • Escalate discrepancies and issues to team lead to avoid impact to customer enrollments.


  • Provide regional and management sales metrics, commission, and enrollment analysis weekly, month to date and year to date reports.


  • Proactively report any systemic problems. Identify size of problem, enter request for change into internal Change Management System.

Experiences, skills, and education needed:
  • Must be English/Spanish bilingual


  • Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate.


  • Typing and data entry skills required.


  • High school education required. Some college preferred.


  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and computer experience required.


  • Excellent written & verbal skills.


  • Customer phone support experience preferred.


  • Problem solving and decision making skills.


  • Must be available to work weekends.
