Green Mountain is in search of a Sales Agents interested in jump-starting their dynamic Sales career. Every Sales Agent has the potential to earn incentives. A training program is provided to assist you in building your knowledge of Green Mountain products, renewable energy, and how Green Mountain is truly changing the way power is made. We seek candidates who are committed to a professional, highly customer-focused direct sales environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Commit to a regular weekly schedule with your Field Supervisor, with a minimum of 15 hours of actual knocking each week unless special circumstances arise. Missed shifts can be made up.
  
• Arrive on-time and prepared with appropriate materials and attire for those shifts. In Brand W/Badge.
• Attend wrap up after each shift to debrief and turn in sign ups and street sheets where appropriate.
• Achieve at least 3 sales per week average.
• Notify your Field Supervisor with any changes to the agreed schedule, and participate in weekly team meetings and other functions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Sincere desire to help change the way power is made .
• 2 Years sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close with customers.
• Understand sales techniques and customer needs.
• Knowledge of energy/deregulation a plus.
• Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends .
