We make sure our Associates have the training and support they need to lay the groundwork for a professional career with real momentum. The training program helps them build their technical knowledge of Green Mountain products, renewable energy, and how Green Mountain is truly changing the way power is made. Members of the Retail Sales Team are also coached on the latest sales techniques and customer service skills. In addition, their base-plus-commission pay structure is designed so that the sky’s the limit for motivated and knowledgeable sales pros. They’re knowledgeable, electric deregulation savvy, and persuasive pros who are service-oriented and motivated by a little friendly competition. Our Associates also tend to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle all kinds of potential customers with ease. They enjoy both the flexible schedule this position affords and the camaraderie of being part of a hard-working sales team. Our Sales Associates need to be available to work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
