Pricing Administrative Assistant (Small Market)

Position Summary:

 

The Pricing Administrative Assistant functions as a key position in the Small Commercial Services Section of Green Mountains Commercial Division. Broadly, the Pricing Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Small Market Pricing Analyst in support of 3rd party broker channels by executing on deal specific pricing requests, capturing executed deal information, completing enrollments, and finalizing customer fulfillment. The Pricing Administrative Assistant will aid in assisting the Small Market Analyst related to pricing desk performance and functions as well as execute on weekly and monthly goals.

Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the Small Market Pricing Analyst in working with 3rd party broker channels set by Director of Sales to promote beneficial relationships to maximize closing ratios and profits.
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of contract language in order to aid in 3rd party broker channels understanding of the language.
  • Work closely with the Small Market Pricing Analyst to make sure all customers accepted satisfy internal credit requirements.
  • Responsible for entering customer information into the system accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible to small commercial customer fulfillments. To include completing regulatory required mailings, customer documents, and others.

Position Responsibilities:


  • 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
  • Some college a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products required.
