Paul D. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer and President
Paul D. Thomas joined Green Mountain Energy Company in May 2000. He has more than 26 years of valuable experience in managing and trading global energy markets. Paul was named Green Mountain Energy Company's chief executive officer and president in January 2002. In this role, he leads the execution of the company's three-pronged business strategy: marketing electric service directly to customers; providing energy through aggregation agreements; and partnering with utilities in regulated states to offer Green Mountain Energy® electricity as an energy choice for consumers.

Bryan DeCordova, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Bryan M. DeCordova joined Green Mountain Energy as chief financial officer (CFO) in November 2002 bringing more than 25 years of finance experience with him. In this position, Bryan manages the finance, accounting, planning and analysis, risk management and capital market functions for the Company.

Robert Thomas, Chief Legal Officer
Robert P. Thomas joined Green Mountain Energy Company in January 2001 as vice president, general counsel and secretary and was appointed chief legal officer in May 2003. Bob has 25 years of domestic and international legal experience and manages the company's legal, regulatory and governmental affairs, and human resources functions.

Bill Burden, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Environmental Officer
Bill Burden joined Green Mountain Energy Company in 2009, serving as both Chief Risk Officer and Chief Environmental Officer. Bill brings over 30 years of energy experience in the US and internationally. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s risk management plans and serves as a steward for Green Mountain’s commitment to the purchase and sale of pollution-free energy.

Paul N. Markovich, Senior Vice President of Residential Services
Paul N. Markovich joined Green Mountain Energy Company in August 2000 as director of business development. He was instrumental in developing the company’s first apartment community sales channel, which is now a significant contributor to Green Mountain’s business in Texas. In 2001, Paul was appointed president of the Midwest region. In that capacity he was responsible for providing service to Green Mountain’s hundreds of thousands of northeast Ohio customers, as well as developing new aggregation opportunities to further build the Green Mountain Energy® brand and customer base in the Ohio region.

Ron E. Prater, Senior Vice President, Supply
Since December 2005, Ronald E. Prater has been Senior Vice President, Supply for Green Mountain Energy Company. He is responsible for procuring wholesale energy and renewable energy certificates for Green Mountain Energy Company’s customers. He joined Green Mountain Energy Company in August, 2003 as the General Manager of the Midwest and East regions where he was responsible for service to nearly 500,000 customers.

Scott Hart's career has been one of leading innovation in the energy industry. Even as a young employee, Scott began to develop a vision for how the energy industry could be reinvented to better serve all of its constituents. That vision, combined with his strong character, solid work ethic and years in top-level, strategic energy industry positions propelled him to the leadership position he has today with Green Mountain Energy Company.
